Wireless Optical Communication Conference is an annual conference for Chinese professional engineers to exchange information on wireless and optical communication. The 2005 version is the first version built with online registration and payment function. This version includes a membership management system which allows the program committee to check the progress in pre-registration and to plan the budget in a secured administration session. The payment procedure is integrated with Paypal.
