| How To Cut a Mango |

Wash With Gloves: Before cutting mangos, rinse under cold water. |

Cutting Off Sides: Place the mango with one of its narrower sides
facing up. Starting 1/4-inch from the stem, slice along each side of the
pit to cut off the “cheeks”. |

Dicing: With the skin side of the cheeks on the board, cut the flesh criss-cross being careful not to through the skin. |
|
| Separating Cubes: Press the skin so the fruit cubes pop outward. |
|
|

Spooning: With a spoon or knife, scrape off the mango cubes. |
|
| Center Peeling: Peel the remaining center section. |
|
|
 |
Cutting Center Flesh Around Pit: Cut off the fruit around the pit. |
|
| Cubes On Plate: Mango cubes can be placed on a plate or in a bowl and served with toothpicks. |
